The front desk people were really nice and helped me out quickly. Everything was kind of easy and they seemed happy to answer my questions

After driving all day I was just ready to get to the room and crash, and the check-in was super quick, the guy at the front desk was friendly, I had my key in just a few minutes, there were no random problems or delays, and it was just a really nice easy start to the stay.

I booked through Sonesta and for the price, it felt like a good deal. The room was clean and I didn’t run into any weird extra hassle, which I appreciated. Just a heads up though—double-check your booking details and fees before you confirm, because with hotel stays it’s always better to catch anything odd upfront.

I rolled into the Red Lion just needing a place to crash for the night, check-in was the easiest part of the stay. The front desk staff was friendly, got me my key quickly, and I was up to my room before I even had time to overthink it.
At first glance, the room seemed clean enough, so I figured it would be a simple, no-drama stay. But as I settled in, I started noticing the little things, the hallway carpet had some obvious stains, the elevator took its sweet time, and the bathroom fan made this strange noise every time it kicked on. None of it ruined the night, but it did make the place feel a little tired.

For the price, it was okay, especially since I was only there one night. Still, I left thinking the hotel could be a lot better with some basic maintenance and updates. I’d consider staying again if they put a little more care into the building

For the price, the amenities were solid. The room was clean, the WiFi actually worked—shocking concept, I know, and the pool and gym areas were kept nice and tidy. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but it did the job. Everything was easy to use and nothing really got on my nerves, which is basically a luxury these days. I’d give it 5 stars.

The room could’ve been a lot cleaner. There was dust sitting in the corners, the sheets had stains, and the bathroom just felt kind of gross overall. What annoyed me more was that it feels like places can get away with this because of little policy loopholes, like as long as they technically “cleaned” the room, they act like that’s good enough. It really wasn’t.

The room itself matched what I booked, so that part was fine, but the dates were off, which caused some stress. I was relieved it wasn’t a bigger issue with the room, but it was still frustrating and left me feeling a bit disappointed...

I’ve stayed here before and remember it being a bit better. The location is still really convenient, which is probably the main selling point, but the room was just okay this time. Nothing terrible, just more average than I expected.

The room was okay overall, nothing too terrible. The bed was actually decent, but the pillows were way too flat for me. Also, it stayed kind of warm at night, which got annoying. I mean, it wasn’t a bad stay or anything, just not super comfortable either
